SUPPLIER SOLUTIONS
We deal directly with your suppliers in all aspects of our services eliminating
nearly all of the customer’s third party paperwork. We receive purchase orders
from and bill directly to your suppliers. All you have to do is give us the contact
information and we take over from there.
REWORK SUPPORT
Premium Services has several methods of rework available to our customers.
We partner with two full service machine shops (Worldwide Technologies/
Franklin, KY and Whitworth Tool/Hardinsburg, KY) that specialize in adding missing holes, grinding, welding, and much more. We work with a fully trained
staff which includes experienced CNC Machinists, Toolmakers, & Welders. Our
facility is also equipped with numerous CNC Mills and Lathes as well as Manual
Mills.
SORTING & INSPECTION SERVICES
We have dedicated support staff to meet your
sorting & inspection needs. All shifts are staffed
with a qualified lead hand to supervise inspectors.
Lead hands are also trained in material handling
in order to minimize sorting times and cut
costs for our customers as well as guarantee
efficient part placement and staging. All parts are
certified with a custom 100% Certified Premium
Services label. We also only use water soluble
paint markers when marking your parts with defects and witness marks to indicate areas inspected.
